There is a fixed total supply of 5,000,000 $STEAK. A large proportion of $STEAK will be vested on launch, and slowly released over time.
$STEAK has a fixed total supply of 5,000,000 Tokens
SteakHut will allocate 40% (2,000,000) of $STEAK-tokens to protocol rewards. These rewards have already been partially allocated and disbursed during the SteakHut V1 phase, which was our legacy platform.
The remaining allocated tokens will be used in SteakHut Liquidity V2 boosted farming rewards to incentivize participation and liquidity provision within the SteakHut ecosystem. Of these remaining tokens, our emission schedule will dictate the emission rate and runway of protocol reward tokens.

Purpose: Incentivize liquidity providers and users of the SteakHut platform by rewarding $STEAK emissions.
Liquidity providers will be able to receive STEAK rewards on boosted SteakHut liquidity vaults. Users can convert their STEAK to xSTEAK and allocate to the boosting application to further boost their share of STEAK rewards.
$STEAK emissions will be scheduled over a 3-year period, ending August 2026, at a constant rate of 6380 STEAK/month.
Emissions will be rewarded to SteakHut's liquidity vaults via our masterchef contract, allowing for constant emission of tokens to incentivized strategies.
Purpose: To bootstrap the development of the SteakHut platform as necessary and generate strong strategic partnerships.
Purpose: Aligning the interest of the SteakHut development team with the entire SteakHut community and rewarding key contributors in developing SteakHut.
Vesting: 12-month cliff, 3-year linear vest
Purpose: Marketing, protocol growth, and CEX listing.
SteakHut launched via the Rocket Joe launchpad in order to bootstrap liquidity for our governance token, $STEAK. The launch was completed on May 5th, 2022, raising 10,353 AVAX.
Purpose: Growing the SteakHut team and platform.
5% will be held by the SteakHut treasury and will be used for growing the future SteakHut team and partnering with strategic advisors to help grow the SteakHut platform.
