BY ACCESSING THE STEAKHUT PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE. THE TERMS OF USE ARE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND STEAKHUT AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
In addition, when using the Services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, or terms applicable to such Services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines, rules or terms are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding using the Service.

You agree that SteakHut may also offer other services that are governed by these or different terms of use.
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only, and solely in a manner consistent with the intent of SteakHut as described in these Terms of Use.
You agree that while using the Service, you will not engage in any activities that are in violation of any applicable laws of any jurisdiction that applies. You further agree to not offer any interests, tokens, or equity in any fund owned or managed by You to a person who does not qualify to participate or purchase such interests, tokens, or equity in the applicable jurisdiction.
PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to engage in the prohibited uses set forth below. The specific activities set forth below are representative but not exhaustive. By using the Site or the Interface, you confirm that you will not do any of the following:
Promote or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, buying or selling illegal drugs, contraband, counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons;
Engage in transactions involving items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or any other proprietary right of SteakHut;
Engage in improper or abusive trading practices, including but not limited to (a) any fraudulent act or scheme to defraud, deceive, trick, or mislead; (b) trading ahead of another user of the Site or the Interface or front-running; (c) fraudulent trading; (d) accommodation trading; (e) fictitious transactions; (f) pre-arranged or non-competitive transactions; or (g) cornering;
Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, spiders, malware, or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site or the Interface;
Use the Site or Interface in any way that is, in our sole discretion, libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, stalking, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable or likely or intended to incite, threaten, facilitate, promote, or encourage hate, racial intolerance, or violent acts against others;
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, including SteakHut’s collaborator and service providers;
Impersonate another user of the Site or the Interface or otherwise misrepresent yourself
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company's providers make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
Restrictions on Access by Jurisdiction:
You acknowledge and agree that access to the SteakHut platform may not be available to users from certain countries or regions due to legal restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is in compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
By accessing and using the SteakHut platform, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident or citizen of any country or region where the use of our services is prohibited by law. Furthermore, you agree that you will not access or use the platform if doing so would violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
SteakHut reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform by users from certain jurisdictions at our discretion and in compliance with relevant legal requirements.
You understand and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to be aware of and adhere to any laws, regulations, or restrictions in your jurisdiction that may apply to your use of the SteakHut platform. SteakHut disclaims any liability for your failure to comply with these laws and regulations.
U/S residents/OFAC residents
Please note that US residents or any resident of an OFAC territory (restricted persons) are strictly prohibited from depositing any crypto assets on the SteakHut platform.
Further, restricted persons should not interact with the SteakHut platform at any time.
Nothing in our documentation should be considered as financial advice in any way or an endorsement to purchase, deal, market, or arrange in dealing in securities. By interacting with any smart contract on the SteakHut protocol (including deposits, withdrawals, and approvals), you expressly and unconditionally affirm that you are not a resident of the U/S or any OFAC-sanctioned country or territory.
User Responsibility for Accounts & Security
Users are solely responsible for all matters relating to their accounts, addresses, and tokens and for ensuring that all uses thereof comply fully with these Terms. Users are solely responsible for protecting the data integrity and confidentiality of their login information and passwords or private keys for the Site or any wallet applications or devices used in connection with the Site. The compatibility of the Site with wallet applications and devices or other third-party applications or devices is not intended as, and you hereby agree not to construe such compatibility as, an endorsement or recommendation thereof or a warranty, guarantee, promise, or assurance regarding the fitness or security thereof.
Limitation of Liability:
You acknowledge and agree that the use of the SteakHut platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SteakHut, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the SteakHut platform.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the SteakHut platform.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the SteakHut platform by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the SteakHut platform.
Any products or services offered or provided by third parties through the SteakHut platform.
Any disputes or transactions between you and any third party, including other users of the SteakHut platform.
Any loss or damage to your equipment, software, or data arising out of your use of the SteakHut platform or any content posted on the platform.
Any other unlisted losses that may occur
The limitations and exclusions of liability contained in this section apply regardless of whether such damages arise under contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Blockchain Smart Contracts and Associated Risks:
The SteakHut platform utilizes blockchain technology and smart contracts to provide certain services. We want to make you aware of the unique features and associated risks of this technology.
Blockchain and smart contracts are relatively novel technologies that offer innovative and decentralized solutions. They operate based on code and consensus mechanisms, and transactions are recorded on a public ledger. However, these technologies are continuously evolving, and their adoption is subject to regulatory changes and technological advancements.

By using the SteakHut platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including smart contracts. We encourage you to conduct your research, seek legal advice, and exercise due diligence when engaging with our services. SteakHut disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from the use of blockchain technology and smart contracts on our platform.
Tax Issues
The tax consequences of purchasing, selling, holding, transferring, or locking tokens or otherwise utilizing the SteakHut Smart Contract System are uncertain, may vary by jurisdiction, and may be adverse to a User. Site Operator has undertaken no due diligence or investigation into such tax consequences, assumes no obligation or liability to optimize the tax consequences to any person, and is not providing any tax advice.
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with tax laws in their jurisdiction.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
